I read that the blinds were made as they were ordered, so I expected a long wait. I was very surprised to see the blinds arrive in less than 10 days. I was pleased with the color, although I have to say it was slightly different than what was pictured which I am guessing is due to the computer. I would suggest doing as the website says and order the samples. I was in a hurry as the summer heat was pouring into my family room. So I ordered the blinds sight unseen. They fit perfectly. Their sturdiness has been tested by my 2 year old grandson who loves to make them go up and down. It took my brother about 5 minutes to install them. I have already ordered another one. I want to add that I "Googled" cellular window shades and spent several hours searching the major websites and countless lesser know sites. Even tho' I had coupons and discounts, Blinds Chalet had the best prices. The quality and durability of the shades is comparable if not better than other shades previously installed in my house. I will eventually be replacing those with blinds from Blinds Chalet.

These are awesome. Got them on sale, so great price as well. Can't beat getting the blinds to fit the window without being short or having excess. They are translucent, but you cannot see through them, which is great for privacy. Pretty easy to install as well.

After years of having "bare" windows in our house, I wasn' t sure how I would like window treatments. When these blinds are up, you can hardly tell they are there. They also do a great job of blocking the afternoon sun and dressing up the entire room.

I received my two cordless cell shades but they were not cut to the specific length I requested - they were 5 inches short. Upon contacting Blind Chalet I was given instructions as to how to indicate this back to them which I did. They took care of the problem and replaced the two shades with shades of the proper length.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
